This position provides solutions and easily connects with onsite customers. The Sales & Service Representative’s objective is to capitalize on sales opportunities, create customer loyalty, and exceed customer expectations by using their guidance, knowledge, computer acumen, and winning attitude. Sales & Service Representatives have excellent all-around communication skills as well as the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. The role lives and demonstrates the Grainger Principles: Starting with the Customer, Embrace Curiosity, Act with Intent, Compete with Urgency, Win as One Team, Invest in our Success and Do the Right Thing. This is a fly-in/fly-out (FIFO) position supporting our oil and gas client on site. The successful candidate will work either a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule or a 14 days on / 14 days off schedule, with camp accommodations provided during the work rotation. All travel to and from the site is arranged and covered by the company. While on site, you will reside in a fully serviced camp environment.
