About The Position

Signature HealthCARE of Fentress County is a 140-bed skilled nursing facility offering clinical, rehabilitation, and quality-of-life programs, including in-house physical, occupational, speech, and restorative therapy services. The Hospitality Aide helps residents by monitoring call lights, delivering food trays and requested items, making beds, and cleaning residents’ personal care and grooming items. This position is intended for someone seeking CNA certification. Classroom-style training takes place onsite, with class starting 12/1/2026. After training, there is potential to become a full-time newly licensed CNA if the employee passes the test and obtains Tennessee State CNA licensure.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent related work experience.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident call lights.
• Pass food trays and other requested items.
• Make beds.
• Clean residents’ personal care and grooming items.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
