About The Position
Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, a 122-bed community hospital and a proud member of Hartford HealthCare, is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physicians to join our Hospital Medicine team as Per Diem Hospitalists. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians seeking flexibility while practicing in a collaborative, patient-centered environment supported by one of New England's largest integrated healthcare systems.
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligible for unrestricted Connecticut medical licensure
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care
Responsibilities
- Per diem scheduling with flexible shift availability
- Day and night opportunities available
- Closed ICU with intensivist support
- Strong collaboration with specialists and advanced practice providers
