About The Position
Baptist Health is seeking a Hospitalist Physician to join its inpatient team at Baptist Medical Center Clay in a physician-led, professionally managed environment focused on quality, collaboration, and patient-centered care. The role offers a 7-on/7-off schedule, a closed ICU model with specialist support, an average patient census designed to support quality care, an Epic EMR system, and robust advanced practice provider and interdisciplinary support. Physicians will be part of Baptist Health’s integrated physician network and work in state-of-the-art hospital facilities with a broad range of subspecialty care and clinical infrastructure.
Requirements
- MD or DO.
- Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Eligible for an active Florida medical license.
Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient care as a member of the Baptist Health Hospitalist team.
- Focus on the provision of quality, patient-centered care.
