Hospitalist - 7 On / 7 Off Shift - Baptist Medical Center Clay
About The Position
Baptist Health is seeking a Hospitalist Physician to join its inpatient team at Baptist Medical Center Clay. The role is in a physician-led, professionally managed environment focused on quality, collaboration, and patient-centered care. The Hospitalist will be part of Baptist Health’s clinically integrated physician network and will have access to specialist, advanced practice provider, and interdisciplinary support, along with an Epic EMR and award-winning hospital facilities. The position follows a 7-on/7-off schedule and uses a closed ICU model. Compensation starts at $260,000, with a commencement bonus and relocation assistance.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Eligible for an active Florida medical license.
