About The Position
The Great Falls Clinic and Great Falls Hospital are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Hospitalist to join our expanding health system in Great Falls, Montana. Our comprehensive care facilities are headquartered in Great Falls, Montana—an exceptionally safe, affordable town surrounded by three mountain ranges to explore and enjoy. The program is housed within a 46-bed acute care hospital and is complimented with coverage by a diverse mix of surgical and medical specialists.
Requirements
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Eligible for Montana medical licensure.
- Committed to high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Values autonomy within a collaborative environment.
- Procedure experience and comfort in Central Lines, Intubation, and Arterial Lines is preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Telemed Critical Care/Pulmonology.
- Experience with on-call specialists.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care within a 46-bed acute care hospital.
- Work a 7 on 21 off schedule, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, Wednesday-Tuesday.
- Average daily census of 15 patients.
- Maintain a 1:5 nursing patient ratio, based on patient acuity.
- Perform procedures including Central Lines, Intubation, and Arterial Lines (preferred).
