About The Position
Exalt Health is seeking a dedicated Physician to provide high-quality inpatient rehabilitative care at its inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Auburndale, Florida. The physician will work collaboratively with a supportive, well-established physician group. The average daily patient census is 8–15. The schedule is flexible, 3–4 days per week, and may include days and weekends.
Requirements
- Active Florida license.
- Strong bedside manner and personable communication style.
- Patient-focused and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient rehabilitative care in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
- Attend multidisciplinary rounds (MDRs).
- Meet with Case Management.
