About The Position

This role involves providing hospitalist physician services with a 7 on, 7 off schedule. The position utilizes the Epic EMR system. Compensation includes a day rate of $150.02 and a night rate of $189.50.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree in medicine.
• Licensed to practice medicine in the current state.
• Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies).
• Eligible for medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
• Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
• Must be eligible for OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
• Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented.
