Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board eligible or board certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine
• Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Arizona

Responsibilities

• Provide daytime hospitalist coverage at St. Joseph's Hospital.
• Manage an average daily census of 18 patients.
• Handle 1-2 admissions per shift.
• Collaborate with a team including APPs and Intensivists.
• Participate in shift-based block scheduling (7 on / 7 off with flexibility).
• Optionally be involved in teaching internal medicine residents.
