About The Position

TeamHealth is seeking an experienced advanced practice clinician (nurse practitioner or physician assistant) to join our hospital medicine team on a PRN basis at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital in New London, Connecticut. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative, patient-centered team in a well-established hospital medicine program while maintaining scheduling flexibility. The position offers PRN/per diem scheduling flexibility, a collaborative hospital medicine environment, and an established and supportive physician team. You will have the opportunity to care for a diverse inpatient population. The facility utilizes the EPIC EMR system for efficient documentation and has 280 hospital beds.

Requirements

• Licensed NP or PA
• Active Connecticut license (or ability to obtain)
• Prior hospital medicine or inpatient experience required
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
