About The Position

Join a collaborative hospital medicine team in Fort Worth, Texas. This full-time nocturnist position follows a predictable schedule of seven nights on and seven nights off, totaling 182.5 shifts per year. An APP handles nighttime cross-coverage calls. The role averages 10–11 admissions per night and includes a closed ICU with 24/7 intensivist coverage. No procedures or code-running are expected. The team uses EPIC EMR. Annual base compensation is $313,900, with eligibility for PPI and PQI bonuses. Full benefits and a CME allowance are offered. H-1B sponsorship is available, with in-house visa, licensing, and credentialing support and filing fees covered. Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Texas medical license.
• Must be comfortable working overnight shifts.

Responsibilities
