About The Position

Hospital Valets are the first point of contact for guests, welcoming them with a smile and warm greeting. They assist guests with parking and retrieving vehicles, provide directions, and anticipate guest needs to deliver an exceptional experience. The role is full-time, first shift, Monday through Friday, with available schedules of 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., or 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pay is $19.00–$20.00 per hour, including tips. The position is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and has no evening or weekend shifts.

Requirements

At least 2 years of customer service experience.
At least 3 years of continuous driver's license experience; suspended or expired licenses within the last 3 years are not allowed.
No more than 2 minor moving violations in the last 3 years.
No major moving violations in the last 3 years.
No alcohol- or drug-related violations in the last 3 years.
Possess a valid driver's license and meet the company's motor vehicle eligibility requirements.
Have a positive teamwork mindset, strong communication skills, and a clean-cut appearance.
Successfully complete a background check conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Be able to walk, stand, and jog for an 8-hour shift.
Tolerate inclement weather.
Be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds for short periods.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual English and Spanish skills; experience working with Spanish-speaking communities is welcomed.
