The Hospital Operations Coordinator is responsible for the leadership on all daily operations within the hospital in the absence of the Operations Manager - Hospital. In addition, they are responsible for delivering on the established Metrics within the contracted agreement, as well as, assisting in the Team Building of the ASSET360 FTE’s. This role involves working with HQC to ensure equipment is functioning at the highest standards, assisting in the oversight of equipment flow, and maintaining necessary inventory. The coordinator will investigate nursing staff concerns, implement courses of action, and understand the existing contract between the company and the customer. They will also assist with the supervision of HST personnel, including training, performance reviews, and corrective action plans, as well as managing staffing schedules and fostering cooperation among shifts. A key focus is creating a harmonious working environment that prioritizes staff retention. The role includes facilitating and delivering the HST training manual, coaching staff in problem-solving and conflict resolution, and working with the Operations Manager to develop career path opportunities. Leadership in training and education on ASSET360 policies, procedures, and best practices, including in-Care training, is essential. Daily tasks may include patient rounds, equipment deliveries, and cleaning processes.
