About The Position

Supervises warehouse crew with focus on increasing productivity while maintaining quality. This role involves printing various warehouse documents, coordinating deliveries with multiple departments and vendors, managing trailer moves, tracking and training warehouse associates, conducting meetings, loading and unloading trucks, assisting with inventory control, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Regular and reliable attendance is expected, and other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred; and 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Fluency in English; speak, read, and write
Lift-truck operator certificate
Must be able to work in various temperature-controlled zones ranging from -5 F to ambient temperature
Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which are subject to evening shifts, weekends, and holiday

Responsibilities

Prints pick sheets, invoices, and other warehouse documents
Coordinates bottle deliveries with Planning, Plant, Distribution and bottle vendor
Coordinates delivery of supplies to Plant
Coordinates trailer moves with Dispatch and Plant
Coordinate plant trailer moves, includes moving trailers with yard equipment
Tracks performance, trains, and monitors attendance of warehouse associates
Post Daily and Weekly Performance charts
Conduct meetings to explain policies, practices, and procedures
Load trucks, pick batches including unloading trucks, rotating inventory, and assisting warehouse associates as needed
Assists in inventory control
Responsible for cleanliness of warehouse and Maintains a safe and efficient working environment
Regular and reliable attendance
Other duties may be assigned
