About The Position

Xanitos, Inc. is hiring hospital housekeepers for second-shift work at Benefis in Great Falls, Montana. The Environmental Service Hospital Housekeeper cleans and maintains an orderly condition in facilities or locations on a healthcare campus. The role may be assigned to any location on client premises, and responsibilities may vary by account based on business needs, client requirements, and applicable industry standards.

The posting lists full-time hours of 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. and part-time hours of 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pay is $16.75 per hour, and a sign-on bonus is offered. Applicants must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless granted a medical or religious exemption. A post-offer medical evaluation, background screening, and drug test are required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment unless granted a medical or religious exemption.
• Must complete a post-offer medical evaluation, background screening, and drug test.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform the stated physical demands, including frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of up to 50 pounds.
• Visual abilities including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses.
• May be exposed to chemicals requiring special clothing or safety equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the janitorial industry.

Responsibilities

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweep and/or vacuum floors.
• Dust furniture and equipment.
• Polish metalwork.
• Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to the disposal area.
• Replenish bathroom supplies.
• Transport small equipment or tools between departments.
