About The Position

DaVita is seeking a registered nurse to provide dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions in a hospital setting. This fast-paced, collaborative role involves working directly with patients in ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units. The nurse delivers inpatient dialysis therapies, monitors patients and treatment, supports quality outcomes, and oversees patient care with the help of PCTs. The role includes working across hospital units and rotating between facilities as needed, with schedules that may change according to patient needs.

Requirements

• Dialysis experience required.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• ADN required.
• Must pass a color vision test; accommodations are available.
• Full vaccination against COVID-19 may be required by hospitals in this program, which may include a booster when eligible.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience helpful but not required.
• CNN/CDN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis.
• Collaborate with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff.
• Monitor patients, adjust treatment, and ensure quality outcomes.
• Support and oversee patient care with the help of PCTs.
• Adapt quickly in a dynamic hospital environment.
• Work in a variety of hospital units and rotate between facilities as needed.
