About The Position

DaVita is seeking a registered nurse to provide inpatient dialysis care at Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, Florida, for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions. This fast-paced, collaborative role involves working directly with patients in ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units. The nurse may work across a variety of hospital units and rotate between facilities as needed. Schedules include regular and on-call shifts, weekends, and holidays, and daily schedules may change according to patient needs. The position supports and oversees patient care with the help of patient care technicians (PCTs). The role requires dialysis experience and a current RN license in the state of practice. An ADN is required, while a BSN and CNN/CDN certification are preferred. ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience is helpful but not required. Candidates must pass a color vision test; accommodations are available. Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required by hospitals in the program, potentially including a booster when eligible.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Deliver inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
Collaborate with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff.
Monitor patients, adjust treatment, and ensure quality outcomes.
Support and oversee patient care with the help of PCTs.
Adapt quickly in a dynamic hospital environment.
