About The Position

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide dialysis care at Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, Florida, for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions. This fast-paced, collaborative role involves providing care in ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units. The nurse delivers inpatient dialysis therapies, works with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff, monitors patients and treatments, and supports patient care with the help of patient care technicians. The role requires adapting to changing patient needs in a dynamic hospital environment. Work may rotate between facilities and includes regular and on-call shifts, weekends, and holidays. Daily schedules may change based on patient needs.

Requirements

Current RN license in the state of practice.
Dialysis experience required.
Associate degree in nursing (ADN) required.
Must pass a color vision test; accommodations are available.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience is helpful but not required.
CNN or CDN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
Collaborate with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff.
Monitor patients, adjust treatment, and ensure quality outcomes.
Support and oversee patient care with the help of patient care technicians (PCTs).
Adapt quickly to a dynamic hospital environment.
Work in a variety of hospital units and rotate between facilities as needed.
Participate in regular and on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays.
