About The Position

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide inpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions at Piedmont Macon Hospital. This fast-paced, collaborative role involves working directly with patients in the ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units. The nurse works with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff, monitors patients, adjusts treatments, supports quality outcomes, and oversees patient care with assistance from PCTs.

The position requires dialysis experience and work across a variety of hospital units, with rotation between facilities as needed. Scheduling includes regular and on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays, and daily schedules may change according to patient needs. Full vaccination against COVID-19 is required by hospitals in the program and may include a booster when eligible.

Requirements

• Dialysis experience required.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Associate degree in nursing (ADN) required.
• Must pass a color vision test; accommodations are available.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience is helpful but not required.
• CNN/CDN certification preferred.
