Swing Shift Hospital at Home RN Case Manager
About The Position
The Hospital at Home RN Case Manager works within St. Luke’s Virtual Care Center at Boise St. Luke’s Plaza. Hospital at Home is an alternative to traditional inpatient care and an innovative care model that provides acute-level care to patients in their homes, with the goals of enhancing the patient experience, reducing costs, and improving outcomes. The position includes intensive onboarding and training and is eligible for a sign-on bonus. Cert pay is available for qualifying certifications. Requirements
- Associate’s degree in nursing or nursing diploma, or a bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Two years of RN experience.
- Current RN license in Idaho.
