About The Position
Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA Hospice is seeking compassionate individuals to join their Incredible Volunteer Team in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. This unpaid position is based out of the Warminster, PA office, servicing clients in Bucks and Philadelphia County. Volunteers will be members of the Hospice Interdisciplinary Group (IDG), providing assistance to clients, families, and caregivers with home management, emotional support, and other supportive tasks related to terminal illness and end of life. BAYADA Hospice emphasizes care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability, ensuring clients come first and caregivers are supported.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English.
- Have a criminal background check completed, as per state requirements.
- Meet all state requirements for volunteers, where applicable.
- Meet the BAYADA requirements and state regulations for the discipline, if providing professional services.
