Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison
About The Position
Concho Hearts Hospice is hiring a full-time Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison to serve Winnie, Stowell, Hamshire, Fannett, Beaumont, and surrounding communities. This field-based role focuses on building and maintaining healthcare referral relationships, developing hospice referral opportunities, educating healthcare professionals about hospice care, and growing awareness of the organization across the assigned territory. The position collaborates with clinical and leadership teams to support a positive referral and admission experience and represents Concho Hearts Hospice at community and healthcare events. The organization seeks an experienced hospice marketer with a strong understanding of hospice services and referral processes, excellent relationship-building and communication skills, and the ability to independently develop a productive marketing territory. Concho Hearts Hospice is locally owned and operated and emphasizes compassionate care, meaningful relationships, professionalism, integrity, and teamwork.
Requirements
- Previous hospice marketing experience is required; candidates without it do not meet the minimum qualifications.
- Strong understanding of hospice services, eligibility, referral processes, and hospice philosophy.
- Proven ability to develop new referral accounts and maintain existing healthcare partnerships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Outgoing, confident, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to develop a productive marketing territory.
- Dependable, with excellent follow-through and a commitment to building lasting relationships.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and leadership teams.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare providers.
- Develop new hospice referral opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.
- Educate healthcare professionals about hospice services, eligibility, and the benefits of timely referrals.
- Conduct regular in-person visits with referral partners throughout the assigned territory.
- Identify growth opportunities and expand community awareness of Concho Hearts Hospice.
- Represent the organization at community events, healthcare meetings, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to support a positive referral and admission experience.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral sources.
- Track marketing activities, referral trends, and territory development.
- Meet established marketing and referral development goals.
- Follow applicable healthcare marketing regulations and company policies while maintaining professionalism.
- Travel throughout the assigned territory.
