About The Position

Concho Hearts Hospice is hiring a full-time Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison to serve Port Arthur, Texas, and surrounding communities. This field-based role focuses on developing and maintaining healthcare referral relationships, growing hospice referral opportunities, and increasing community awareness of hospice services. The marketer works with referral partners and collaborates with clinical and leadership teams to support a positive referral and admission experience. The position requires previous hospice marketing experience, travel throughout the assigned territory, and the ability to work independently while meeting marketing and referral development goals. Requirements

Previous hospice marketing experience is required; candidates without it do not meet the minimum qualifications.
Strong understanding of hospice services, eligibility, referral processes, and hospice philosophy.
Proven ability to develop new referral accounts and maintain existing healthcare partnerships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Outgoing, confident, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
Strong time-management skills and ability to develop a productive marketing territory.
Dependable, with excellent follow-through and a commitment to building lasting relationships.
Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and leadership teams.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Nice To Haves

Established healthcare referral relationships in Winnie, Stowell, Hamshire, Fannett, Beaumont, or surrounding communities.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare providers.
Develop new hospice referral opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.
Educate healthcare professionals about hospice services, eligibility, and the benefits of timely hospice referrals.
Conduct regular in-person visits with referral partners throughout the assigned territory.
Identify growth opportunities and expand community awareness of Concho Hearts Hospice.
Represent the organization at community events, healthcare meetings, and networking opportunities.
Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to support a positive referral and admission experience.
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral sources.
Track marketing activities, referral trends, and territory development.
Meet established marketing and referral development goals.
Maintain professionalism and comply with applicable healthcare marketing regulations and company policies.
