About The Position

Concho Hearts Hospice is seeking a full-time, relationship-driven Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison to grow the organization’s presence in Orange, Texas, and surrounding communities. The role focuses on developing and maintaining healthcare referral relationships, increasing community awareness of hospice services, and connecting patients and families with compassionate care. The liaison represents the organization in the community and works with clinical and leadership teams to support a positive referral and admission experience. The organization is locally owned and operated and emphasizes meaningful relationships, trust, professionalism, integrity, compassion, initiative, and open communication.

Requirements

Previous hospice, home health, or healthcare marketing experience.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
Outgoing, confident, enthusiastic, and comfortable meeting new people.
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
Ability to develop and maintain a productive marketing territory.
Strong follow-through and commitment to building long-term referral relationships.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership and clinical teams.
Knowledge of hospice services, referral processes, and healthcare environments.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize marketing activities.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
Willingness to travel throughout Orange and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare providers.
Develop new referral opportunities and strengthen existing community partnerships.
Educate healthcare professionals, patients, and families about hospice services and the benefits of early hospice involvement.
Represent Concho Hearts Hospice at community events, networking opportunities, and healthcare meetings.
Conduct regular visits with referral partners throughout the assigned territory.
Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to expand community awareness.
Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to support a positive referral and admission experience.
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral sources.
Track marketing activities, referral trends, and territory development.
Meet established marketing and referral development goals.
Maintain professionalism and comply with applicable healthcare marketing and compliance requirements.
