Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison
About The Position
Concho Hearts Hospice is seeking a full-time Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison to grow the organization’s presence in Vidor, Texas, and surrounding communities. The role focuses on building and maintaining healthcare referral relationships, educating professionals about hospice services, and connecting patients and families with compassionate care. The marketer represents the hospice in the community and works with clinical and leadership teams to support referrals and admissions. Previous hospice marketing experience is required. The organization is locally owned and operated and emphasizes kindness, professionalism, integrity, and compassionate patient care.
Requirements
- Previous hospice marketing experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of hospice care, eligibility, and referral processes.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain healthcare referral partnerships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, confident, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented.
- Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills.
- Ability to independently develop and manage an assigned territory.
- Strong follow-through and commitment to building lasting relationships.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare providers.
- Develop new hospice referral opportunities and maintain existing partnerships.
- Educate healthcare professionals about hospice services, eligibility, and timely referrals.
- Conduct regular in-person visits with referral partners.
- Identify opportunities to expand community awareness and grow the assigned territory.
- Represent Concho Hearts Hospice at healthcare events and community networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to support referrals and admissions.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral sources.
- Track marketing activities, referral trends, and territory development.
- Meet established marketing and referral development goals.
- Follow applicable healthcare marketing regulations and company policies.
