About The Position

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct, skilled nursing services to hospice patients in accordance with their Plan of Care and under the direction of the RN Case Manager. The role supports patients in spending quality time with loved ones and doing activities they enjoy, while building compassionate relationships with patients and families, educating caregivers, and collaborating with the care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity.
