About The Position

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide hospice care. The nurse administers skilled nursing services to patients who require intermittent professional services and teaches patients, families, and other members of the health care team. Services must be delivered in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Hold a license in the state where currently practicing.
• At least one year of experience as a licensed nurse.
• Demonstrated basic technology skills, including operating a mobile device.
• Possess a valid state driver's license.
• Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
• Be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Possess CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.
• Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with review and approval from the regional vice president for operations or regional director.
