About The Position
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) works under the direction of a Case Manager/DON and provides resident care to assigned residents in accordance with resident assessments and care plans, and as directed by nursing management. The CNA works with other licensed care staff to coordinate appropriate resident care and follows all Company nursing policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. The role involves working one-on-one with patients while receiving support from the patient care team, as well as working independently on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state(s) of practice.
- CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance; must be willing to drive.
- Ability to work well within a team environment and collaborate daily with the patient care team.
- Ability to work independently on a day-to-day basis.
- Strong commitment to improving quality of life while partnering with community organizations in patient care.

- Eagerness to pursue certifications and further education.
Responsibilities
