About The Position

Choice Hospice is seeking a results-driven Hospice Business Development Liaison (BDL) with proven success in home health and/or hospice marketing, referral development, and admissions growth. This is an opportunity for an experienced healthcare sales professional who understands relationship-based selling and thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment. If you have an established network, know how to grow market share, and understand the hospice and post-acute landscape, we want to talk with you.

Requirements

  • Recent Home Health or Hospice marketing/business development experience with good work tenure strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success growing referrals and increasing admissions
  • Established relationships within healthcare and post-acute markets preferred
  • Strong understanding of hospice and home health operations and referral processes
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance

  • HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build, strengthen, and expand referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and community partners.
  • Position Choice Hospice as the provider of choice through consultative selling and exceptional service.
  • Develop strategic territory growth plans and execute initiatives that drive admissions.
  • Educate referral partners on hospice eligibility, services, and patient benefits.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets.
  • Partner closely with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless patient transitions.
  • Maintain strong visibility within the healthcare community through outreach and networking.
  • Meet and exceed monthly admission and growth goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to healthcare marketing.
