About The Position

The Business Development Liaison manages assigned accounts effectively and seeks new referral sources. This role coordinates admissions with facility departments, attends BD team and sub-committee meetings, and develops business plans for assigned accounts. The liaison participates in community programs and marketing events, assists in maintaining the marketing budget, and informs referral sources of program changes. This position consistently markets the facility for community awareness, demonstrates fiscal responsibility, and tracks and monitors individual performance in CRM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; Relevant professional experience accepted.
  • Must be 21 yrs or older.
  • Valid driver’s license and a favorable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) with proof of insurance when using own auto.
