About The Position
Choice Hospice is seeking an experienced Hospice Business Development Liaison (BDL) to drive referral growth and expand market presence throughout the Oklahoma City Metro. This position is designed for a proven healthcare sales professional with a successful background in hospice and/or home health business development, referral relationship management, and admissions growth. We are looking for someone who understands the healthcare landscape, develops strategic partnerships, and can quickly establish Choice Hospice as the provider of choice.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent hospice or home health sales/marketing experience REQUIRED
- Documented success meeting or exceeding admissions, census, or referral growth goals
- Experience managing a territory and building referral pipelines
- Valid Driver’s License and current Auto Insurance required
Nice To Haves
- Existing relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, SNFs, ALFs, and referral partners strongly preferred
- HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred
