About The Position

The Hospice Aide provides comfort care that helps patients remain at home with their loved ones. As a member of the hospice team, the aide helps address each patient’s physical, emotional, and spiritual needs and supports patients in approaching their final days with joy, peace, and dignity. Requirements

Current CPR certification is required.
In states where licensure is not required (AL, CT, GA, IA, IL, KS, LA, MA, ME, MI, MS, MT, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WV), applicants must either already be a licensed or certified aide, or have completed a state-approved nurse aide training program and been continuously employed in that capacity for the previous 24 months.

Nice To Haves

Certified Nursing Assistant qualification is highly preferred.
