Join the Camp Anokijig Summer Staff team for our 101st summer season and be part of a century-long tradition of fun and growth. Camp Anokijig offers campers ages 7-16 resident camp experiences of 3 days up to 9 weeks. Located in Plymouth, WI, activities include sailing, swimming, canoeing, archery, windsurfing, nature, camping skills, drama, woodworking, landgames, digital photo, crafts, horseback riding, bb and pellet gun range, fishing, teen leadership, and more. Staff positions run 10 1/2 to 15 weeks (including training). Our Ranch program consists of two lesson based programs, Ranch and Circle A, as well as trail ride offerings. Ranch and Circle A are for our campers who sign up ahead of time and want to spend time everyday with the horses learning riding skills, horse care, and overall horsemanship skills. Our trail ride offerings are available for all of our campers to sign up for during their time at camp. Camp Anokijig has a herd of 50+ horses who live year round at camp. Our current openings are for a Horsemanship Director, who will supervise the staff, programming, and horses at the corral with the support of full time staff members. We also have openings for Wrangler positions who live with and supervise campers as well as helping to run the programs and work with the horses in the corral.
