About The Position

Dr. Reznik, Honors Program Director, seeks a student worker who is enrolled in the Chatham Honors Program to envision the future of the program, implement meaningful changes, and assist with program logistics. Applicants can work up to 20 hours a week, split between Lindsay House and Honors Events. Dr. Reznik is open to hiring more than one student worker if they’re splitting hours between other work positions on campus.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in the Chatham Honors Program
  • Can work up to 20 hours a week
  • Notify other managers if working multiple jobs on campus
  • Students may not work more than 20 hours per week (combined between all campus jobs) during the academic year
  • Students may not exceed 980 work hours per calendar year

Responsibilities

  • Complete in-person office tasks for the Honors Program including but not limited to: Manage general communications with Honors program students and alumni
  • Manage data collection from Honors program students and alumni
  • Attend and take note for Honors Program Alumni and Faculty Advisory Meetings
  • Post program information in centralized location on My.Chatham
  • Attend and help with Honors Program events
  • Submit requests to the communications department for event advertising materials
  • Fulfill catering orders, room reservations
  • Research and compile scholarship and grant opportunities
