About The Position

The Honor Bar Attendant helps create memorable guest experiences through food and beverage service and a wide range of guest-service tasks. Responsibilities may include setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies. The role requires following company policies and procedures, maintaining quality and safety standards, and keeping a professional uniform, appearance, and communication style. The position also involves extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking and hands-on physical work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
• No supervisory experience is preferred.
• No license or certification is required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Ability to read and visually verify menu information.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
