About The Position

Del Toro Insurance is seeking an experienced Homeowner Insurance professional with a strong understanding of the Florida market and carrier appetite. This role is not a traditional sales position but focuses on training, coaching, and developing franchise owners and their teams to enhance Homeowners Insurance production across the network. The specialist will guide teams through the entire sales process, identify opportunities, work with carriers, and develop strategies to boost production.

Requirements

• ACTIVE FLORIDA 2-20 GENERAL LINES LICENSE — REQUIRED.
• Proven Florida Homeowners Insurance sales and closing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Florida carriers, markets, underwriting, and appetite.
• Experience training, coaching, or developing insurance professionals or business owners.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach franchise teams on the complete Homeowners Insurance sales process.
• Help identify opportunities, select carriers, quote, present, follow up, and close.
• Coach teams on Florida markets, carrier appetite, eligibility, and underwriting requirements.
• Work alongside franchisees on real opportunities to improve closing performance.
• Identify cross-selling and new-business opportunities.
• Develop practical strategies to increase Homeowners production.
• Conduct field visits throughout Florida and travel out of state as needed.
