About The Position
The Homemaker provides one-to-one support to an individual in their home, monitoring the person’s well-being and home safety. The role is home-based, not office-based, and involves cleaning and helping individuals maintain a clean and safe home. Wage is based on experience. Requirements
- Ability to lift 30-pound objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Must pass a background check.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities
- Monitor an individual’s well-being and home safety while providing support in their home.
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Empty trash and replace garbage bags.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
- Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas.
- Help organize individuals’ homes or apartments.
- Do laundry.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
