About The Position

The Homecare Supervisor plays a vital leadership role in supporting the daily operations of our Homecare Program and ensuring clients receive high-quality, person-centered services. This position provides supervision, coaching, and support to a team of caregivers while partnering closely with clients, families, and community providers to deliver exceptional care experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing people leadership with operational excellence. You'll serve as a trusted resource for staff, a problem-solver for complex situations, and an advocate for quality services that empower individuals to live safely and independently in their homes. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in homecare coordination, service delivery, or related human services programs.
  • Previous supervisory, leadership, or program management experience required.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and other data management systems; experience with Therap is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and required insurance coverage.
  • Ability to conduct home visits and provide field-based supervision as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision, coaching, guidance, and performance support to a team of caregivers.

  • Address concerns proactively and collaboratively to promote positive outcomes.
  • Monitor service quality and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support scheduling, staffing, service coordination, and daily program operations.
  • Utilize data and reporting tools to monitor trends, support decision-making, and maintain program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Help create innovative solutions that enhance both the client and employee experience.
