About The Position

First Children Services is hiring a Homebound Instructor to provide individualized instruction to students in home, community, or virtual settings in Roselle Park, New Jersey, and the surrounding North New Jersey region. The instructor delivers lessons aligned with school curriculum and students’ IEP goals, adapts instruction to individual needs, and communicates with families and school teams to support student progress. This is a flexible, part-time teaching role with pay up to $40.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Active New Jersey Teaching Certification or Special Education Certification.
• Ability to work independently.
• Comfort building strong relationships with students and families.
