We are currently seeking a regular part-time Home Sharing & Adult Respite Services Coordinator to lead and support high-quality, person-centered services for individuals and families. Reporting to the Director, Home Share and Adult Respite Services works as part of a highly collaborative team, where our successful incumbent will oversee the day-to-day coordination of Home Sharing and Adult Respite services including recruiting and supporting independent contractors, ensuring service quality, and working collaboratively with families, community partners, and CLBC to achieve positive outcomes. This is an impactful role where you will directly influence the quality of life for individuals by ensuring safe, respectful, and inclusive support environments.
