Requirements

  • Already selling something?
  • If you're in home services sales — HVAC, roofing, windows, siding, remodels, security and others — and you've got a couple open days a week, read this carefully.
  • We're not looking for someone to quit their job. We're looking for someone who already knows how to close and wants to put those skills to work on their own schedule.
  • You've sold in someone's home before, or you're young, hungry, and sharp enough to learn fast.
  • Just not selling insulation anywhere else.

Responsibilities

  • Run pre-set, pre-qualified in-home appointments — no cold calling, no door knocking
  • Educate homeowners, handle objections, and close on the first visit
  • Work a few days a week, or full time — your call
  • Cover Central Kentucky
  • Ask for the sale every time.
  • Don't fold when someone says "let me think about it."
  • Carry yourself professionally and know the difference between pushing and persuading.
