USA Insulation is seeking an In-Home Sales Closer to run pre-set, pre-qualified in-home appointments. This role involves educating homeowners, handling objections, and closing sales on the first visit. The position offers a flexible schedule, allowing for part-time or full-time work. The company specializes in injecting proprietary foam insulation into existing homes from the outside, a process that requires no demolition and creates no mess. With a proven product and a strong track record of over 150,000 homes insulated nationwide, USA Insulation is looking for skilled salespeople who can effectively communicate the benefits of their service to homeowners.

Requirements

  • Ask for the sale every time
  • Do not fold when someone says "let me think about it"
  • Experience selling in someone's home, or ability to learn fast
  • Carry yourself professionally
  • Know the difference between pushing and persuading
  • Must not be selling insulation anywhere else

Nice To Haves

  • Currently selling something in home services (HVAC, roofing, windows, siding, remodels, security, etc.)
  • Semi-retired and still sharp
  • Looking for a side-gig to supplement income
