About The Position

USA Insulation is the only company in the country that injects proprietary foam insulation directly into the wall cavities of existing homes — from the outside, no demolition, no mess. Most homeowners have never heard of it. When they find out it's possible and what it does to their energy bills and comfort, the conversation closes itself for the right salesperson. We've done this in over 150,000 homes nationwide. We know the product works. We need someone who can work the room. This role is ideal for individuals already in home services sales (HVAC, roofing, windows, siding, remodels, security, etc.) who have a couple of days a week open, or for those seeking a full-time opportunity. The position involves running pre-set, pre-qualified in-home appointments, educating homeowners, handling objections, and closing sales on the first visit. The territory covers Central Kentucky.

Requirements

  • Experience in home services sales (HVAC, roofing, windows, siding, remodels, security, etc.) OR young, hungry, and sharp enough to learn fast
  • Ability to ask for the sale every time
  • Ability to not fold when someone says 'let me think about it'
  • Previous experience selling in someone's home OR ability to learn fast
  • Professional demeanor
  • Ability to differentiate between pushing and persuading
  • Not selling insulation anywhere else
