About The Position
Reliant Healthcare Group is seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join their growing pediatric home health team across the greater Houston area. The Intake Team builds caseloads in areas close to where employees live to minimize drive time and maximize work-life balance. This role involves delivering child-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment under the supervision of a licensed SLP. The position is on the road and focuses on pediatric home health.
Requirements
- Active SLPA certification and valid Texas state license
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
- Enthusiastic, patient-centered professional comfortable working in home-based settings
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized speech-language therapy treatment plans with measurable goals under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Engage pediatric patients using fun, age-appropriate games and activities to promote participation and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality, consistent care
- Accurately document patient progress in a timely manner
