About The Position

All Heart Home Care is seeking an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Home Health Scheduler to coordinate and maintain schedules for caregivers, CNAs, LPNs, and RNs. The role ensures clients receive uninterrupted, quality care and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The position is based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The scheduler also supports administrative and office duties as needed and provides professional, confidential customer service to clients, families, caregivers, and colleagues.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Nice To Haves

Previous scheduling, staffing, healthcare coordination, or customer service experience preferred.
Home health, hospice, or healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate caregiver and nursing visits based on client needs and employee availability.
Monitor daily staffing needs and proactively fill open shifts.
Manage schedule changes, call-offs, and emergency staffing situations.
Communicate with caregivers, clients, families, and office staff.
Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
Ensure staffing assignments comply with care plans and company policies.
Track employee availability, credentials, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with recruiters and clinical staff to address staffing needs.
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Assist with other administrative and office duties as needed.
