About The Position

Mercy Health Home Care and Hospice by Compassus is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients recovering at home and help them maintain their ability to spend time with loved ones and participate in activities they enjoy. The RN educates patients and families about disease management to help them reach healthcare goals, and case manages and provides clinical oversight to an interdisciplinary team. Requirements

• Active RN license in the state where the nurse works.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
