About The Position

Adoration Home Health is seeking a passionate, dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to provide expert, patient-centered care in Smithville and Woodbury, Tennessee, covering Cannon and Dekalb counties. This PRN role supports patients in their homes and offers independent work with team support, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to make a lasting impact on patients and families.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college of nursing.
• Current unrestricted registration and nursing license in the applicable state.
• At least one year of nursing practice in a patient care setting.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy.
• Current CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Home health, geriatrics, or other related-setting experience.
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets, depending on program availability.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients’ physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Create home health care plans aligned with physician orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care, including administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patients’ families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in the local branch’s on-call rotation as required.
