About The Position

We are seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to create and manage plans of care for individual patients. The role calls for a detail-oriented, compassionate RN who takes pride in creating personalized care plans and can observe and communicate effectively in the patient's best interest. Successful candidates demonstrate knowledge and skill in current nursing practices and a strong ability to solve problems. The position is available full-time, part-time, and PRN in Miami-Dade and Broward counties.

Requirements

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-care skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• First aid and CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions.
• Document changes in patient conditions and report them.
• Maintain accurate patient-care records and discuss observations with the supervisor.
