About The Position
ACE Home Health Care & Hospice is a locally owned and operated healthcare provider serving Alameda, Contra Costa, and Santa Clara Counties, with field offices in Orinda and San Jose, California. The organization is seeking compassionate physical therapists for per diem, field-based work serving San Jose, Santa Clara, and Campbell. ACE emphasizes excellent, personalized patient care and values team members from diverse cultural backgrounds and those with multilingual capabilities to support culturally competent care. The role offers flexible scheduling and autonomy in managing work hours, along with administrative coordination and documentation and durable medical equipment (DME) support. The position is paid per visit. Estimated annual compensation for a full-time schedule is $153,000–$223,000; mileage is reimbursed at the federal rate, and paid parking is provided. Requirements
- Degree in physical therapy approved by an accredited organization.
- Active license to practice as a physical therapist in California.
- Two years of appropriate experience as a physical therapist.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Licensed driver with an automobile insured in accordance with California DMV requirements and in good working order.
