Requirements

• Active Nevada Physical Therapist license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home physical therapy evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Help patients improve mobility, safety, strength, and functional independence
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support recovery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
